Beets are one of the original nature’s candy. They contain natural sugars that are made during the cooking process, as a cooking time of the oven. In fact, one of the most common sugars in the world actually produced directly from sugar beet.
Beets can enjoy not only roast in the oven, but also baked, stewed or raw form. When purchased in whole bunches containing large green leafy tops can be cooked too – these vegetables are full of healthy phytochemicals and a greater willingness to any meal.
