Why We Age - The Ins And Outs Of Why We Age

By Alice Sandylands

The thought of growing old and full of wrinkles accompanied by sickness is something that scares all of us. However, the big question is: Why do we age? Oxidative stress is one of the major causes of aging. This occurs as a result of damage to your DNA, lipids, and proteins as a result of oxidants. The oxidants are produced as we breathe, although they can also be produced when inflammation or infection occurs. Consumption of cigarettes and alcohol are also contribute to production of oxidants as well.

Glycation is yet another factor that causes aging. When glucose bonds with proteins, DNA, and lipids, they tend to become less functional and the problem worsens as we grow older thereby causing a malfunction of body tissues. Over time, the glycation becomes worse and causes people to age.

It's important that as we do get older and start to notice signs of aging weather it be, harder to get up in the morning... Harder to open our eyes, more bags, skin saggy, less color what ever it is it's important that we take a B vitamin... These certain vitamins are important because they break down and make use of proteins, the fats and the carbs into energy and when these proteins and lipids are broken down and used as energy the formation of new DNA occurs. When you take vitamin B3 for example weather it be in your food (hard) or in a supplement your cells will be converted into Nictinamide adenine Dinucleotide phosphade and Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide (NAD). - Extremely beneficial anti oxidants which can protect your body from harm free and can actually help repair the cells that were damages.

Unfortuantely we do get more frail as the years go on but we don't have to now with the scientific breakthroughs we are having there is no reason we have to deteriate like most do! Most of us arent aware that a simple B vitamin like Niagen can increase muscle mass, look younger and even reverse muscle wastage and has even shown to increase the metabolism.

Dizziness, confusion, and forgetfulness are just some of the signs of aging. To combat these issues, Vitamin B is essential for enhancing mental clarity while enabling you to focus better and think more clearly. B Vitamins like Niagen and Nicain all help slow down the process of aging and make you feel stronger even as you age gracefully.
