Understanding Why My Joints Hurt

Everyone is exposed to various, environmental, working conditions and activities that may cause damage to their bones. Many people have developed protective mechanisms to avert themselves from these. Outlined below are causes to my joints hurt.

Injury is one of the reasons. Children are known to be very playful. During play, the might fall, for example with a bike or as they run and cause damage to themselves. Athletes on the other side depending on the sport, expose their body to risk of harm. Also men, whose trade involves working with machines, run a high exposure to accidents that may be injurious to their bones. Fractures in their bones are common, which may lead to long term ailing. Age advancement brings about these pains. Just as machines, the human body wears and tears with time. An old person tissue, like the cartilage which is between the joints becomes thin and the fluid which acts as a lubricant thickens causing discomfort. Little or no performance of any activity, naturally makes the bone flaccid and weak, leading to easy fractures.

Another reason that can affect is weather and climate change, together with time of the day. There is a lot of variance in the society on when they experience these aches. Some people will say that they are affected more during cold weathers and at nights. This can be because during cold periods, one is inactive and the joint fluid becomes thick and the cartilages thins.

Medical conditions or diseases also bring about joint discomfort. Some are very serious that they may bring crippling effect. Most of these sicknesses attack the cartilage, which is a slippery tissue between where the bones meet. Common ailments are, Osteoarthritis, also known as degenerative disc disease. It mostly has an effect of wearing the cartilage. Rheumatoid arthritis is another which greatly affects the wrists and hands, problems in the immune system has been identified to expose people to this condition. Osteoporosis in many times affect women during menopause greatly contributed to low level of minerals. Pagets disease of Bone occurs a lot in people. Reason as to this is on how bones transform from old to new.

Pregnancy in women is another factor. During this time, women body weight increases. Pressure contributed by this body, mass makes one feel aches. Hormones that are released by the body during this time also play a part in sudden changes in the bone structure. This explains why there are labor pains which aids in child birth. If pregnant women, fail to follow advice, decrease in vital nutrients may cause pain.

Size of the body can also bring the pains. Obese people expose their anatomy to exceeding weight which may cause harm to the bones. Medics in their research came to realize, that excessive weight applies enormous stress on the knees and hip. This causes wear and tear. Major of replacement of joint has been done widely person suffering obesity.

Advice is given to people, that immediately the start feeling the symptoms of joints pain to visit a medical doctor. Help will be offered according to the diagnosis.
